RESULTS

Today, AHEAD serves as a link for students, families, and educators to increase the benefit of countless social service programs and community resources. AHEAD helps to coordinate programs like CARE TEAM, which brings supportive services into the school to bridge the social and emotional needs of struggling students.

By providing support, information, and connections with appropriate community resources, programs and services; Students and families can cope with issues facing them daily, problems can be addressed and students can focus on what they are in school to do - learn skills that will lead to graduation and self sufficiency.
